After realizing at 8 years old that she wanted to be a teacher, Ms. Utke has now taught 3rd grade in Los Angeles (LAUSD) for 30 years. She also has National Board Certification in English as a New Language for Early-Middle Childhood. Inger discovered Pixton when trying to find a way to make math word problems more easily understood by second language learners.
